  • Darkweb connection detection and hardcoding protection.

Is there anyway to know if there is a connection routed through the deepweb that connects to the end user? Showing the first node would be nice... I know that breaking TOR encryption is basically impossible for an average scriptkid like me. TOR is the most secure way hardcoders use the net to obtain information or alter software applications from your device but some connections might be not as secure as TOR. Hope this will help bring hardcoders/hackers in the future to the light.

Hey @Annoying1, there are some things you can do but it depends on what specifically you are trying to do. If you can clarify I may be able to help more. It is not possible for PortDroid to do anything relating to this, as it does not have low level access to the OS / network interface.

There are simple services that can detect if you are connected via TOR. This is probably limited in terms of usefulness unless you want to test that you can use TOR yourself. This will detect if the connection is coming from a TOR exit node.

Some routers are also able to detect and block TOR traffic, which is I believe is done by blocking entry / exit nodes.
