Hey Adam, we've resolved this via email already, I'm just gonna repeat myself here for anyone else wondering the same thing. PortDroid doesn't list all the closed ports because it would be too verbose. If anyone else I curious about what ports are commonly used for things I can provide the text file that PortDroid uses to describe them.
